Three Daly Habits that Your Neck Hates

  • Avoid Sleeping on Your Stomach – Sleeping face down may cause you to turn your head and neck to the side in an awkward angle. Try to sleep on your side or back. If you must sleep on your stomach use a flat pillow or no pillow.
